Zhongliang is principally engaged in real estate development in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC” or “China”), headquartered in Shanghai with a national footprint.

The Group is a large-scale nationwide real estate enterprise and had land bank across five core economic areas in China, namely, the Yangtze River Delta, the Midwest China, the Pan-Bohai Rim, the Western Taiwan Straits and the Pearl River Delta.
